Welcome

Isis Dressage Group is affiliated to British Riding Clubs (Area 18)

Established in 1986, it draws its members from Oxfordshire and in some cases beyond.

Our Unaffiliated Shows, run with BD listed judges and to BD rules and standards, are open to Members and Non-Members; other events are Members only. If you join Isis, you automatically become a member of BRC and this brings with it several other benefits.

Membership runs from 1 January so to take full advantage of the discounts and benefits members receive, please click the Membership link on the left to find out how to join. We welcome members of all ages, at any time of the year.

Please use the links on the left of this page for further information about Show dates and Events, or the Contacts link will show you how to get in touch directly.

A plea from BD!

Dedi Leech, previously chairman of the Isis committee, and now BD Members’ Representative for the Central region, is helping to compile a data base of people in our area willing to volunteer to help at affiliated dressage shows. As we move towards 2012, it’s clearly important that a list of competent volunteers should be available. If you are willing to be included, please email Dedi at catering4occasions@hotmail.com with details of your experience (eg at what levels you have written) and what you enjoy doing – BD needs writers, stewards, scorers, sheet collectors and people to be involved with hospitality.

This does not commit you to anything; it’s just a measure of your willingness help, and any information you give will be treated as strictly confidential. BD are looking at ways to standardise the treatment of volunteers and maybe provide some training.
