Revised Entry Guidelines

Following an unprecedented demand for entries at Hill Farm, the Committee have agreed to operate a new system for entries which we hope will be fairer for all. This will be kept under review to ensure that it is working effectively. The following guidelines will apply:

* As in previous years, no entry will be accepted unless it is on a completed, signed entry form and includes correct payment.

* All Entries received by the show entry secretary will be marked with the DATE OF RECEIPT. All entries will be taken in strict date order.

* Future shows will have a 'Members Priority' period, where members will be given priority over any non-members' entries received during that time.

* After the 'Members Priority' period, entries from non-members, received during the 'Members Priority' period, will be included in strict order of receipt. Entries received after that time will be taken in strict order, subject to class availability, regardless of whether they are members or non members.

* No entries will be accepted, or included on any waiting list, without a completed entry form and payment. Inclusion of those on the waiting list will be in strict order of receipt, subject to class level entered, regardless of whether they are members or non members.

* Any unused cheques, from entries we have been unable to include, will be shredded, unless you include an s.a.e. with your entry.

* No entries can be transferred to a future show.
