Isis League Results 2007

Lots of members competed with success at our shows in 2007, collecting large numbers of points in the various leagues. In consequence, this year we will be awarding prizes to the runners-up, in addition to the trophies to winners. You must, however, attend the AGM to collect your prize!

Preliminary Restricted

Medium

1st and Strawberry Fair Trophy - Claire Matheson and The Tussler (11 pts)

2nd= - Tor Smith and Margh Galliano (6 pts)

As our rules prohibit a combination from winning in consecutive years at the same level or at a lower level, and Tor won the Elementary league last year while Sheena and Legal Light won the Medium, the Elementary trophy goes to Pam this year.

Mary Smith and Independence Day actually collected 24 points at Preliminary and 18 at Novice, but these were divided between the Restricted and Open sections of the leagues, as Indy was affiliated during the year and instantly picked up BD points!

Very well done to all these members – and remember that you don’t even have to place in a class to pick up points, as the highest-placed 6 members in each class score points towards league prizes. An incentive to enter as many of our shows as you can!
